News - C grade catches and overtakes B grade

Did they finish in front of them ?

No - would not have expected them to do so.

However, B did an extra part of a lap, but when C grade finished they were not all that far behind B grade, which I thought was pretty good when I know a heap of the C graders who were driving the bunch in that first lap to catch B grade would have been pretty tired.

Always good to give a rabbit to chase - the HDCC crits, where A grade got a 10 second start on B grade, were always good races.

It was, however, a 3 lap race, you don't get points for a 1 lap sprint.

DW - I know, but I thought it was worth it to shut one or two B graders up, who speak down to C graders.  After my pathetic turn up main street I was toast, and took the opportunity for an early COke.

I am told that Metro always finishes at the wrong time and in the wrong gear (or is that in his gear?) if you know what I mean? So I guess its easy to assume he could finish in the wrong Grade. But I am not sure what that means?

I did not see the results but I was unable to race this past weekend - Andre Griepel had me down at TDU helping him with some sprinting tips. Seems to have listened to me - again, and "result".

Well - no - I was probably sitting on the crapper or asleep.  Did not race at all. 

I will say one thing about the HD Handicapper - despite his long term role within HDCC he is less "HDCC-centric" than you seem to be.  He may have a life outside HDCC, whereas you seem not to.

Might have to keep "possum" talk in the off topic area in future, I was speaking to some well known and respected members of the cycling community and when I mentioned that the forum had good information and lists of local events on it, they said that every time they read it there was too much "possum" talk and hence the reason they never bothered to come back.

If there is need of "possum" talk feel free to make a "possum" talk thread in the off topic area.
