Marton,

I did lose 23 kg due to cycling.  Sadly, regained about 10kg of that for a number of reasons, but it will come off. Just keep changing your program. Keep it up.

Building lean mass(muscle) help lose a lot of stored energy. It increases the body's ability to use energy for movement, recovery/growth, repair. You won't be disappointed. This advice is happliy free of charge

Will average between 28-32 km/hr depending on course, wind etc. I have just lost nearly 30kg in the last 18 months so be encouraged - it takes a little bit of work but really pays off in the end.
pm me some details and we can get started, moved back from brissy at christmas and very keen to get out a lot more on the roadie

You probably may already know this but, when i was driving thru the bridge at Hexham today i noitced they have dug up a fair portion of the cycleway to lay new cement. It looked smooth enough to ride on but just be cautioned. It is about 20 past where you get off the bridge on the way back into town.

Haddo - yes, I noticed that as well.  Should be good once they have laid the new surface.

Also, ridera heading south past "Ozzie the Mozzie" should be careful of the new gutter that has been installed on the southern side of the intersection adjacent to the Club - it pokes out in to the breakdown lane.  Be careful.

Yeah i noticed that a week or so back, i came flying down the path started rounding the curve only to see a massive crater. I had to take evasive maneuvers and bailed to the road, luckily it was that period where both sets of traffic are stopped.
