KOCC AGM

Hey all i was wondering if there is any info floating around about the KOCC AGM which is suppose to be on the 8th of DEC.

i was wondering like if its open to all KOCC members etc, what time it is suppose to start and where it is being held.

if anyone has some info etc it would be greatly appreciated i am keen to see how the amalgamation of the clubs is moving along and other useful info that i may need

Tuesday the 8th of December. 7.30 pm AGM.  Supper at 8.00 pm. Quarterly General Meeting at 8.30 pm.

At the “Loft” Adamstown RSL. Discussion of amalgamation with Hunter District will take place at the Quarterly Meeting.

Absolutely - all financial members of KOCC can attend.  It is, in my view, essential that members turn up to the AGM, not only to vote who they want in as the new Committee but also to express their views on important topics like the proposed amalgamation with HDCC, joint racing with HDCC through 2010, and other operational matters.  If KOCC members do not turn up and express views then it is a bit rough for those absent members to later complain about how their club is being managed.

If you can not attend but have a view on a matter, you can participate by way of proxy, which is permitted under the Model Rules that govern how KOCC is managed.  If you need to know more about this send me a PM and I can point you to the form.
