« on: March 29, 2011, 06:28:45 pm »
I have been informed by race organiser that they are in need of more female cyclists to race the kemese on saturday. They are prepared to wave fee  for the ladies only, but are desparately in  need of at least another 3 -4 ladies to sign up .I have already signed up so come ladies support your local race ,if there are enough ladies they will run a ladies  race.To sign up you will need to inform ian lovell hopefully by late tomorrow and you will pay on the day ,all information about race is on the cycling nsw website (re calender2011)

57 kilometres is a long way to race for a F grader who has just competed in the Aust Masters Track Championships.

(and I have to be careful not to to re-injure a rotator cuff injury (work injury, not sustained riding a bike).

I would consider a shorter distance.

of course I would be no match for the rest of the field, but could help boost entry numbers.
