Div 1 is for A & B graders.

Div 2 is for the rest

Indeed. Div 1 was a good race, although I expected it to be a bit harder. A really enjoyable course though, the fast corners are good fun.

Pat Webb made a great solo breakaway to win Div 2. Made all the more impressive by the fact he'd not long previously bridged a gap to the leaders.

PHL - in the main Div 1 was not difficult - only really pressing time was when Darren "I have had more comebacks than Farnham" Smith attacked for a few laps.  I aimed to finish and did so pretty easily so I was a very happy person.

My Garmin showed an average speed of 42.7 kph (from memory - will down load it tomorrow night).  I predict next month's crit will be quicker as the quicker A and b graders adopt a less defensive approach, so bunters like me might struggle to finish.
Well, no merger so far....
