Friday 11th 6pm (entries close 5:55pm) Kooragang (HD) Graded Scratch


Saturday 12th 2.30 pm Kooragang (KOCC) Joe Robinson 34 km Handicap


Saturday 12th 4:00 pm Adcock Park Gosford (CCCC) CD Track Championships U13/15/17/19; Elite; Women; Masters; and possibly U9 and U11.

Did you find him larger than life or just larger than you imagined. for a kOCC he looks good in HDcc kit and is leading those in the dark to see the light.

I didn't think he was as big as has been described on here - looks strong and with 10 kilos less weight I reckon would be a hard man to beat

you definitely are new to this arent you. There are E graders who have not found Metro hard to beat. Also NEVER say on a public forum that Metro looks strong, encouraging this kind of 'personality' can lead to years of heartache and bleeding ears for the cycling community.

Nice to meet you, and good to see your comeback is doing very well.

Rob Hadley has said the figure is more like 20 kg, which is probably correct.  At my best I was down to 91 kg.
