Local Racing 14th - 16th January

Friday 14th 6pm (entries close 5:55pm) Kooragang (HD) Graded Scratch

Saturday 15th 2.30 pm Kooragang (KOCC) Graded Scratch

Sunday 16th 8:00 AM Kooragang (HVV) Bob Mountford Handicap

Sunday 16th 8:00 AM Steel River (HD) Creer Property Criterium D & E Grades commence at 8am, Kids approx 8.15am and A + B + C Combined 8.30am.
Please note new race entry of $10 and prize money is on offer.

this is what was in the HDCC email to members from the Secretary. Any HDCC members not receiving these emails please send me your details and i will get them to him.

'Creer Property Criterium races will be held at Steel River Sunday 16/1/2011. D & E Grades commence at 8am, Kids approx 8.15am and A + B + C Combined 8.30am. Please note new race entry of $10 and prize money is on offer.'

Looks like C & D grade may be racing faster these days, they used to be 20 mins plus 2 laps..

but we will have fun watching you try to hang on. Maybe you should turn up early and make up the numbers in the first race. I will need some company, yes dont fall over, the 990th comeback is on the plans. But then again I could sleep in,,

Well, fcuk me.  HJ runs 3rd in C grade (a nose in front of me), and finishes ahead of most of the B graders.  Not bad for an old fella who is lucky to do the same training as Commando.  Well done old timer...

That said, HJ ain't the holder of the treasured HillBillie Family trophy...
