Maybe not............ you peanut. This is almost the silliest thing I have ever seen typed on this forum. HVV would only merge on the same terms as KOCC. That is, it's 100% our way or it is no way. That's fair enough. The smart riders will all decide where they best belong. The not so smart ones can determine which club they wish to join where determining wind direction, which side of the wheel to sit on, which side of the wheel to roll over........doesn't matter. As long as you have a number on your back, it has cost you $10, then you're on your way to mediocrity. Shalom

I did not think Drv31T was suggesting a merger between HDCC and HVVVC, but was commenting on the similarity in look of the new HDCC kit and the HVVVCC kit (due to the similar colouring - the Greater logo has that effect). And that ain't a bad thing.

I have been away and this topic took some reading.

Point 1 - MC. HDCC has not poached any juniors from KOCC, I am in control of that and I have just given information to those who have asked me what we are doing and what we can offer. They have made their decisions based on that without any coersion from the club or its members. This can be confirmed with those who have made the move, they will be happy to discuss it with you.

Point 2 - DW. I get on well with Turtle and have no problem with WAMM, but the jersey is a shocker and for safety purposes needs to be a lot brighter.

Point 3 - drv31t. I'm with Ferret, give yourself an upper cut!

Point 4 - merger? from the meetings held between the clubs, it just aint going to happen while the current thoughts of those on KOCC committee remain. Thats their choice and thats fair enough.

Agreed son. Self affirmation club indeed. Turtle wears the WAMM kit well but it is ugly, more like maroon and british racing green. You guys need to make it dog dick red and fluoro green. It must be safe though as Turtle has not had a fall in this kit, but has broken 37 collarbones and 6 Treks before he started wearing it. Enough said.
