Murder on the Dance Floor
« on: November 12, 2010, 09:47:32 pm »
2 unlikely characters fired up in C grade tonight. Very nice people. Or so I thought.
Spokey and Pat Webb.
I didn't see anything but I will assume Spokey cut him off, then ran him into the gutter, touched him on the bum and told him Bottecchia were no good.
No more Mr nice guy. He must have had one fat kid too many trying to climb the rope in gym class today.

Spokey,
That is pretty accurate is it not?

HJ,
Any eye witness account?

From what i could remember, some one sat up in the sprint and patty almost gave them a prostate exam with his front wheel.

Just so it doesn't get blown out of proportion!

I had been solo off the front for last half of the final lap. My legs just weren't strong enough to make it to the line. The sprint caught me 50m from the line. I pulled into the gutter and continued to pedal to the line holding my line and as much speed as I could.

Other rider, sprinting for 10th place! yelled out as he had not been looking in front of him only down at the ground.

As I understand it you have got to be in a sprint to sit up in a sprint!

No harm done  :)

That's not how I remember it. Infact I can't remember it at all. But if I could I would definitely be trying to blow this out of proportion.

Once I ran a fellow cyclist into a reversing car. That was just in training. I like your style Spokey. You should join WAMM and we can turn the race into a game of roller ball.

dear Merto

With all the success of late it definitely is 2ND- wheel. Half wheeling would imply being in front of some one and that is not likely except in the last 50m witch  i am fond of doing.

If you were 2nd then you were probably half wheeling 3rd...or were you on the brakes to avoid coming up "Hard Man's World" ;-)
