Last nights results and next weeks program on the website.

Rumour has it that the club of anonymous champions is getting a pursuit team together and so A grade numbers may be bolstered over the coming weeks.

Also, grade championship races are on over the next 4 weeks.  To kick off C&D have time trials, A&B have sprints.

Further, the weekly handicap pays well.  $20 for a third place was nice, the raffle was a bonus.  All that for only $8!  (not counting all the other $8 outlaid for no return, a bit like gambling really...)

Assumed as much - it was pretty windy and was spitting rain all the way back from Raymond Terrace Wed arvo.  Seemed to take a LONG time to get home...
Well, no merger so far....

Velodrome website more or less up to date  (can't put the program up without knowing what it is).

All results to date and current handicaps are there anyway.

Robbo

Have heard that Junior is doing better job as a comentator than track star, you might want to as him for a copy of his effort to hear some of his one linners (some at your expence).

Everything he does is an expense to me Mr Wheel!  :(

I am not sure how long our crowds will continue to increase if he gains access to the microphone on a regular basis though..

CD track championships this Saturday for anyone wanting to ride or come and have an evening watching some entertaining racing. Starts at 4pm

Round robbo ( could be a new race)

My information is that your folically challenged head and slightly heavier frame were a topic that he covered mercilessly.

Time to give this old thread a bit of a bump!

Good racing tonight, good to see big numbers in the juniors races.

Great nights racing about 30 riders, good fields in all grades. Some noticable rides turned up for the first time in many years. HD hcper (he may be a little sore today) , Dane Crawford ( pretty in pink and showing his good form)
Noticable no shows Metro ( i now commute a long way) , Kim seldon ( i love my trains more than my bike).
