Happy Ending

Last night I got my first massage. Noel Bromage. So thanks to all those who wear the WAMM clothes, his sponsorship worked.
Today I feel like a handbrake has been released in my legs. I am bruised but the deep muscle fibres feel a lot more free. (Note to self: That sounds like a plausible excuse)
I would recommend one to everyone.....except Masso.

DW - I had a different outcome after sports massage - both knees played up and I lost power. Might have been a good idea to try it a bit longer but I did not.
