This will cheer you up - a clip of me having a tremendous save on the track - I look very well tanned in the clip as I had been in Lambkin's spray booth the night before...and I was riding under an assumed name "Greg Bunge"

and in real time:

and here, riding under the name "Chris Hoy", I was beaten by some wacker called "Theo Bos":

but I finally beat him, riding this time as "Ryan Bailey":

How did Hilljockey go on Saturday?

Spent the day (and the night before) at the JHH with IT guru.

Masso, apologies fellow slow old bugger, I was just on a roll with the Hillbilly sledgeathon.

Poor lil IT Guru gets the secret whisper from his old man - 'hey little buddy, old fart Robbo is a minor chance at turning up for the club c'ships on Saturday. If he beats me I will never live it down. Do us a favour and take one for the team will ya'

Poor IT Guru, he should have given the old man an upper cut and said "fat chance you old fool! Robbo hasnt been on the bike for a month! and besides, do your own dirty work"

Now for a moment of seriousness, I hope the little man is OK, he has really copped it with this problem. He is doing it that tough I reckon he needs a brand new, flash as buggery, top of the range, carbon bike when he gets better.

If only Hillbilly would stop going from Dura Ace group set to Dura Ace group set for himself, there may be a budget for one.

Don't worry.  IT Guru scored some DA the other week, much to his older brothers annoyance.

He came home from hospital yesterday.  He is the colour of putty and thinner than a Kampuchean right now.  But, he will be fine in the long run.

Hope he gets well soon and he heals strongly.
