Road works
« on: June 07, 2010, 06:50:37 pm »
I nearly crashed coming home from work in the car today. Coming off Stocko bridge. There I did spy a whole heap of road works going on near the ramp of the bridge. It was all hot mix bitumen as well.
I saw the update on Cycling NSW today but didn't think it would start for ages. If ever.
It looks like the Gang is getting a well deserved face lift.

Hoo Ray for my bike.

A little less stress on the old girl makes for a better day in the saddle.
Looking at the map the road works are going to be at most of the really rough sections.

Commando - I was afraid they might blame it on my massive torque output instead... ::) BTW, the Gallium is very nice, and seems to be more inclined to win races than the Platinum it replaced...did you let TT King ride the Platinum before I got to it, as it always seemed slow ;)

Hey Metro,

Why did Argon name their "big unit" bike after a metal that melts as soon
as any heat is applied?

Hope that isn't an indication of how it will behave in a race!
