A nice smart win for Chris Aitken in A grade - he outsmarted the favourites, to the disappointment of one of them!

If people are heading out to KI for Vets be aware the section of road leading up to the bridge has been ripped up.  While it is actually smoother than it was last time I raced on it, it has some loose gravel and a pronounced lip as you turn the corner to head up the bridge.  I would have no problem racing on it but I am not sure if others might. Here is hoping next week we have nicw new hotmix!

Results from Saturday KOCC

Last year's F grade champion was seventh again.
Seventh in the road race previously.
So still on no points.

And IMHO I am faster and stronger than twelve months ago.
And have a better set of wheels on the bike.
