Speak to Commando aka Boxhead.  He had some track bikes in his shed - not his shop - and he had muttered something about looking at getting rid of some.  If they were for him then they would be too large for you - Box rides about the same size as me, and my track bike is a 56 - but it is worth asking the question.

Also ask Robbo - he has something to do with the Velodrome selling track bikes.

I might be selling mine barely used cannondale capo with a few upgrades. it is a 50cm frame which has roughly a 52 top tube.
