Damn now you have given my secret away and now everyone will know why I have such a large saddle bag, or is that just a BFA from too many Darby's pies ?

Wow, the Gruber assist is only 900 grams and promises a performance increase of up to 100%.

Haddo - listening to the YouTube clip the Gruber emits a whine, which i would have thought was audible in most races.  However in local A grade races, where there are plenty of other sources of whining, perhaps it would not stand out ;D

Maybe the technique this video demonstrates can solve that problem:

A new video that suggests Fabian Cancellara used motorised doping in the Paris Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders.

I personally think it is false just because of the size of his legs...

There is nothing out of the ordinary being able to stay on someone's wheel in the saddle when they attack, I tend to do it a lot particularly if the rider attacking is not known for their sprinting prowess.

The hand movements are called changing gears on a rough road, again plenty of experience doing that on the Kooragang Pavé

From the email I got today lots of the Pavé might be fixed by next month :D

All the physics says Cancellara didn't do anything out of the ordinary (for him anyway).
