Commuter is the new KOCC C Grade Road Race Champion.  Well finished sprint dispatched Stephen Brown and The Tolf, and having done a healthy amount of work.

...and Commuter is coming first in the C grade Points Championship.  He does an okay ITT and rides crits well too.  It will be close between he, Stephen and The Tolf. 
Others should not give up, for it is always interesting to race for individual events and cause havoc to those with the points to contest the overall championship.

I rode the event on my aluminium track bike which is very stiff but not very compliant.  Wayne Swan rode his new CF Giant, instead of his stiff and not very compliant aluminium Specialized.  He reported a soft caressing ride where he hardly noticed any bumps, where as I have a sore backside.  I could not race this morning if I wanted to. Ouch.

Perhaps you should avoid all pie shops and bakeries until after the TT.
It will wreak havoc with your aero position!

Actually a increase in girth in the mid section could make for a more aero profile, think of a wing section of a plane
