Notes:
New rule for 2010:  riders must have ridden in 3 local club races before they are eligible to enter any CD championship event
Club or registered team kit must be worn
There will be no re grading on the line
A grade riders have to be in a team if they want to ride in A grade, if they are not in a team then they will be riding in B grade.
