Boosty

It is far easier to sit a length and  onehalf off the back of your, which I must say was working  most beautifully................... then doing all that work by oneself.

Yes the group was working rather well, I don't think anyone missed a turn or bombed through the whole race, we did not even need to talk, at the end I spoke to the others and they said that at certain points they were suffering and felt like pulling out, but we all said we were suffering at the same points and felt the same.

Even though we did not manage to get up or fastest time it was one of those rare races where all riders were of similar ability and we all able to riding at our limits for nearly the whole race, the only time we let up was after we realised that we were not going to get fastest time after the final turn around.

Looks like we have a KOCC team for the upcoming state TTT from that group.

Now, you are being to harsh on yourself.  No one - well, not many people anyway, think that you have an absence of a mind, just a kind of "heavy industry" influenced sick mind.

2ndwheel,

so what kind of activity are you intending on training for tonight? I have had my doubts as to where you have been on velodrome training nights lately and I am now having even more doubts! Are you following the great Worley into questionable alternative sports? Gumboots & floaties indeed!!

Commuter, the game would be locating the mind.

MC, as an added incentive for you to put in a full Friday night training session I am working on providing iced VoVo sandwiches just for you. Would you like a sprinkling of hundreds & thousands on the top?

Your thoughtful friend

Tuesday night is gym night. Won't be there Friday either (darn other commitments). I have no intensions of following the great worley into some paddling nirvana and there is no point having all the bling if I don't use it.

regards

I'llbeback

I have a function to attend, associated with the Radcliffe Fundraiser.  As it involves deep fryed seafood the ICed Vovo sandwich won't cut the mustard, my friend.  If you deep fried the Iced Vovo sandwich then you may well be holding the trump card.

MC,

so now you want a deep fried Iced Vovo sandwich with mustard? and all I thought I required to entice you to the velodrome to join the training group was a bullock for the BBQ.

Oh well, I will see what I can do.

You're a sick man 2ndwheel!

another 16 riders last night, and a couple of new spectators as well.

Ferret's wing man, good to see you there - bring your bike next time.

Hope you all enjoyed it as much as you obviously enjoyed the food - it was cleaned out yet again.

Any suggestions for more provisions? Apart from deep fried Iced Vovo sandwiches with mustard for Metro.
