"He told me that he was riding Sat mornings from Green Hills to Newcastle and back with Tony Wilson & some serious A+ grade standard cyclists. The pace is high and becomes a race near Newcatle and Green Hills."

Thanks for talking me up DW, I think it will be the only time I get a mention in the same context as A grade!!

The ride is just a quick cruise into town and back for coffee. You have to hang on sometimes but is not a race by any means!

DW the Computrainer must be working for you as you were riding strong on the weekend, keep it up. Looking forward to you dragging me up the hills at Minmi soon!

Spokey :)

Metro, TTK's ride at the 12HR was impressive. Rosco was his consistant self.  I was quite shocked to see such good numbers from the Hunter competing at this event. The New Rad teams played a big part all day, & Active chics had a good day out aswell. Karen Webb had an outstanding ride, & her partner Belinda Farley also showed how tuff she was after an early crash, she still soldiered on to help them to a win.

This event was great. I hope the venue is the same for next year.

Yah-hooo.  I finished a Friday night without a puncture!  What a nice change.

Kind of pi$$ed, however, that the sneaky line up through the gravel on the left hand side, approaching the bridge, is being used by every man and his dog, so it is now a bit cut up.
Well, no merger so far....

Metro,

Do the sensible thing son. Put some heavier tyres on and come and race at Black Hill. The glass is easier to contend with than the Kooragang pave.

Metro,

Congrats on your 4th. It was a hard sprint at the end with the road spread wide with cyclists. It seems an evenly contested grade.

I am looking forward to Black Hill.  A few hills and smooth road would be a nice change.

Sadly, I was not 4th...4th last perhaps. Misjudged the sprint so rolled to the finish.
