You all know, or should know, that HDCC is hosting a fundraiser for one of its long term and well respected members, Brian Radcliffe.  As you know or should know, Brian suffered terrible injuries in a crash at the Newcastle Velodrome.  He has recovered but he does require full time care, the house he shares with his wife Robyn requires modification, and they need a modified vehicle that will accept his electric wheelchair.

Not many will know of The Ferret's generosity towards Dom Mason's widow - he slipped a private and substantial donation in addition to HDCC's own substantial contribution.

One of the HDCC executive has asked me to pose a question to The Ferret - will you attend the Brian Radcliffe benefit night?

Metro,

Not sure if I can attend physically, but will be there in spirit, to help drive the occasion. Is there any truth to the rumour that iLovell will be raffling off a lead out by himself??

For those who may have missed the event info, could you please post it up. I am sure there are many who would like to attend.

Bloody hell - even for a pretend sprinter going out the arse end of C grade (Chai Lord, where are you?) would need to brake to slow down for the iLovell lead out!  Like having a Pruis lead out a Ferrari...

Yeah it should be a great night.

I am going for sure as I am hoping to see a ferret revealing himself.

Hugh,

The Ferret revealing himself?  That is not something even Mrs Ferret would wish to see...

MC (who will not be revealing himself)
