Saturday 28th 2:00 PM Black Hill (HD) Bill Ebling Memorial Handicap (KOCC combined race)


Sunday 29th 9:00 AM Kooragang (HVV) Club I.T.T. Championships (HVV Members Only)

Sunday 29th 9:00am - 12:00pm Ride Of Silence

I raced at Oakville near Windsor on Saturday.
It was combined with many clubs and had about 120 cyclists.
The grades were similar with about 20 in A grade, 46 in B grade which they split, 25 in C grade and 20 or so in D & E.
It is a 2 lane country style road no K & Gutters. Left turn 7km loops.
No steep hills, a few long hills but basically a fast course.
The course was good but not suited to that many cyclists. There was plentry of potential for carnage with that many bikes trying to stay on one side of the road.
The finsh was uphill and similar to a Friday night where you have to be in the top 10 around the bend to feature in the end.
