Saturday 3rd 2:00 PM Kooragang (KOCC) Central Division Graded Championships A to F


Sunday 4th 9:00 AM Kooragang (HVV) Club Mass Start + Invitation Scratch Races

Would someone be able to elaborate on what the "Club Mass Start" event is?
Is it how it sounds - i.e. all riders from all grades starting together?

It is like a huge game of bullrush, but on bikes....great fun until you crash.  I AM JOKING.

Not too sure what is intended, but guess the invitational aspect is that any licence holder can race and that we all start at the same time.  Bags being on Big Gav's wheel!

My guess would be that there is a Club Scratch Race championship race for HVV members only plus graded invitation scratch races for others. ???

Or are Vets trying to incorporate a Sunday service with a bike race?  Is this some kind of way to allow us to get off to racing without raising the ire of our spouses - "Off to church love...".  Next thing golf clubs will be having "Ambrose Mass Hit out".
