I must agree with the words of Metro Commuter. Just about all shops offer setup on bikes they sell but i don't have a clue if they do it for bikes they didn't sell. I guess the only thing to do is ring them/go to the shop and ask.
I believe they probably would but it might cost you a few quid. It would also be good for business and they would be making some cash.
