On my reckoning I can snub everyone.  Here's how:

Trackie owning own track bike - 4th
Move up one to 3rd for acting like I am a pro roadie...down to 5th for not having an Italian or British bike; up to 4th for having 10 speed (assume the ref to 9 speed is out of date); up to 2nd for visible scars (knees); back to 3rd because I ride Ultegra (Shimano not DA); back to 2nd because ride high end carbon; up to better to 2 better than 1st because I train on a genuine track bike in the eearly season; lose 2 to go to 2nd for excess body mass; and prnounced tan lines take me back to 1st.

Now, for those that quibble on the trackie, if I assume I am a Cat V racer (assume that is something like State D grade) then I could snub everyone but Pro Roadies and MTBers, all trackies owning their own ttrack bikes, and expert MTBers.

So, who can better that?

Not Commuter - he starts our as a "Commuter on racing bike", goes up one because his bike is british, moves up another because he has 10 speed, has visible scars (not just the emotional ones) so moves up two, bawck down one because he rides Ultegra, up 2 because he rides Ti, , down one for execess mass - which means he is able to snub only the bottom 4 groups...
Well, no merger so far....
