Well, I've not seen any promotion either but knew it was on more or less how you found out.

HD don't actually run/own the velodrome, that's the trust.  They do allow the trust to have a webpage on their server, but it's not being maintained at present.  The IT Guru built it and handed it over to someone else.  In all fairness that other person does a fair bit for cycling locally and maybe that's why he's not had the time to look after it.

I don't think they discriminate, all are welcome.  They are putting a lot of effort into the juniors at present.

Although the trust run the velodrome, it's really being driven by HD.

I'll be there for as many races as possible, but away for work next week...
