mental attitude is a key for me right now. I would love to be back racing after my first race in C grade 4 weeks ago, but unfortunately suffer from bouts of fatigue from time to time and am in a low right now. Basically there is really no cure for cfs - except to make the decision to get out of bed in the morning, then go to work. I think we underestimate the power of mental attitude and the great strength it can give us. I was actually going to throw in the towel on racing until i read this forum and it reminded me to adjust my attitude. I might even be there this Friday.

MC - I hope i am not one of the newbies moving dangerously in the sprints on Friday night. Sprinting has changed however - back in the day it was good fun to push each other around and see who was too chicken to hold their line.
