I think they traded the Kilo for the BMX.

I'm not a fan of the Omnium (even though we have a world champ).

Seems to me that if you're going to spend all this money building a world-class venue, then it would make sense to run as many events as possible over the time period. Increasing the women's events would have been the best option.

This probably means that guys like Phinney, Bobridge, et al are going to enter the Pro road ranks sooner, leaving little incentive for the endurance trackies to persist.
