Noted, but it is much safer than waving a hand about or looking around for the bird - just ride looking ahead with one hand "doing the rooster". Personally I have no problem riding one hand without risk, but people need to consider their skills before attempting this method - jezz, that sounds like some lawyers disclaimer...
