Sledo? It was a typo but perhaps it is fitting. Sledo did well at racing consdiering his total absence of training - he did a couple of huge attacks. He fell off the back on Saturday after cramping, and was spent on the ride home. it was a gutsy ride by the man with the unbroken Bianci.

No Iced Vovos, but I knew there was a meat pie in the oven waiting for me and did not look forward to the climb up Carnley Ave after trying to keep up with Matt Ryan a couple of times.
