I was kind of glad you were NOT there at the end of the race, as I was thinking (when you were there) "If he makes it to the end I will have to settle for second" as I knew I had nothing left for a sprint even at that early stage of the race, and even when I have something in the legs I can't beat you.

As it was I had to settle for second anyway, as my legs were not very co-operative at all when it came to sprint time.

During the warm down one of the guys did comment on my missing of a couple of turns in the last 3 laps (I had not missed one all race, before you comment), and he said he was not sure if it was due to me being tired or [insert expletive].I replied "A little of both", although it was more of the former than the latter.
