Sorry I missed it - took my kids to the Rosies School of Rock practice session at the Wickham Park Hotel.  Always good to see talented kids who are better than I am somewhere other than on the bike.

I raced the Steel River Crit yesterday - on 7 or 8 started, and 4 (including me) finished.  It was a bit slower than normal crits due to the low numbers, but everyone else in the final 4 was fitter and lighter than I am.  I had to miss a couple of turns in the last two laps, and had NOTHING in the sprint.  Still, best racing going around these parts and it was a good race.  it would have been nice for C grade to be thrown in with A and B grade - larger field.
