No tickets will be required, but those wishing to attend might be asked to stop breathing during the event so Commando and Snake are able to access all the oxygen that their flacid lungs can get hold of.

As unlikely as that would seem, given the huge size of the pie-eater's rump, the answer is yes.  Commando has a huge one - butt.
 

Is having some "junk-in-the-trunk" an indicator of power output or something?

Yes.  Commando was the winner of the peak power challenge some time ago.  Another person with a large butt - let us call him a handsome man who rides in C grade and weighs 107 kg and rides an Argon road bike - was the torque king in that same comp.  So size of rump does indicate high peak outputs.  The relationship to winning races is not quite as clear...
