Yes, my legs are a bit crampy today as well, although thankfully some Endura seemed to prevent cramps. Jumping straight off the bike, then on the bus, then sitting for 3 + hours is not good for your muscles. Two Big Macs however did meet my sense of hunger - I hate the empty feeling gels and sports drinks leave in your stomach.
I am still pissing "antifreeze" - must still be dehydrated.
