I was looking sideways because I had never seen you last that long in any race - I had to keep pinching myself to be sure that it was all real. A surreal weekend - you finishing, Chai Lord winning after having been in at least one serious attack, A grade clapping each other after the Vets race saying what a nice race it was, and Milf finishing somewhere other than 3rd. A strange strange day.
What was not strange was the number of people "sitting on" in C grade, again. I was told B grade was the same. I reckon we need more aggressive attacks in C grade - people prepared to take a chance and let it all hang on a serious attack. Paul Hines always has a go, as did that guy who had Omega gear on riding the Jamis. Lee K also tried to shake it up a little, which was good.
