Talk about mental toughness!!

Being able to avoid reading any news on a sport you enjoy just to make sure you dont see the result of a "classic" which may or may not be shown on tv at some stage. Do you also avoid all cycling news websites and media in general the days after a big race also just in case?

I had already heard the result on the today show of all places before coming onto the forum.
