I have one 11-26 cassette, mostly I use 12-23, on my TT wheels I have a 11-23 all 10 speed with a 39-53

On my Aldi bike I have a 13-23 for training and a 12-21 for racing all 7 speed with a 39-53.

When I was younger and 79 kg I used ride 12-18, 12-19 & 12-20 (for the really hilly races) all 7 speed with a 41-53, I am still using some of the gears out of those cassettes, as you could reverse the cogs on uniglide and I replaced chains before they would have excessive wear, and I would only tend to wear out the 18,17 & 16.
