We need Officer 355 as a Commissaire to hand out urination fines to serial public urinators.

See, even though I do not  care for the **** Nazi, and I know she does not like me at all (no Easter Eggs AGAIN this year, and no Xmas gifts at the KOCC AGM last year either - how I wish that I was in that non-racing clique), she is 100% correct on her stance on public urination.  Perhaps **** Nazi can use the time she is not spending racing to see if we can get Officer 355 to attend as a Urination Commissaire and wipe out public urination for good.
