How long does a crit at Steel River usually go for - mins & km.?

20 or more mins + 3 laps depending on grade and time other races have taken, km travelled depends on how fast you ride it ;) generally A / B do 40+ km/h average speeds.

Are we allowed to urinate in the gardens or on the wheels of parked cars?

No using gardens as toilets is not allowed you might find that you get a fine and a ban from racing, however you might be allowed to urinate on the left rear wheel of your car as long as you keep your right hand on the car (used to be in British road rules, not sure if we adopted it here however) I am sure Metro can confirm this ;)

Number 17 is a weird one.

In the UK, a pregnant woman can legally relieve herself anywhere she wants – even, if she so requests, in a policeman’s helmet.

Anyone in the job might want to think about not letting any pregnant woman near their helmet, especially if it's still on your head :P
No longer a Hubbard or a Commuter, just a very naughty boy.
