I have moved away from the rubino's as you say they don't wear well, for my training bike I am using a zafiro I have had it on for a bit and it seems it will last a while, only had one puncture with a bit of wire that got through.

I have some maxxis columbiere's that I will be using on the trainer for wet races once I wear out the conti ultra sports, from the reviews I was reading the columbiere's have very good grip in the wet, the ultra sports are pretty grippy in the wet as well, they are sort of like the poor mans gp4000 in performance.
i agree on the columbriere
good price good performance in wire and folding
more an affordable race tyre than trainer though
if i ever get my **** together WATCH OUT!!!
