thanks RED, so at the young age of over 30 also (40+) and being closer to 100 kilos, from all of the living the good life (yeah rite ) im going to be slow, so im guessing its looking towards kooragang, but i will be racing elsewhere when work and time allows, saturdays dont really work for me as i normally have work comitments until 2.30, and xc racing once a month  for hmba

Will average between 28-32 km/hr depending on course, wind etc. I have just lost nearly 30kg in the last 18 months so be encouraged - it takes a little bit of work but really pays off in the end.
pm me some details and we can get started, moved back from brissy at christmas and very keen to get out a lot more on the roadie

yeah i could be interested, just depends on pace and distance as im an overweight fat turd

 hi there people, names john and just moved back to newy with the family, and im interested on your opinions (especially the ferett's) on where is the best place in the area for hill climb intervals? doesnt have to be the steepest or longest or even the least amount of traffic, but what is your opinion overall of the best in the area? much thanks in advance

ok by far the best way is kero, then if you have the equipment and time, get some grease, heat in a pan and sit chain in it until grease is runny like hot oil, then romove and let dry, that will give you a factory lube job and when grease is hot it will penetrate into the links
